These Terms describe use of buysellhouse.com and the voluntary text-message programs described below. The website is operated by REAL ESTATE MARKETPLACE LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) under the website name Real Estate Marketplace.
1. Website use and inquiries
The website provides information about our real-estate purchasing activities and ways to request contact or a potential purchase offer. Please use it lawfully and provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge. You should be at least 18 and have authority to provide information about a property or act for its owner.
These Terms do not require you to sell a property, pay a fee to submit an inquiry, or enroll in calls or text messages. Any agreement to buy or sell real estate must be documented separately and signed by the appropriate parties. If you do not agree to the website-use terms, please discontinue use of the website.
2. Property estimates and purchase discussions
Website statements, automated property estimates, repair calculations, and spoken or written preliminary proposals are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Estimates from third-party sources, including Zillow, are not an appraisal or a guaranteed sale price. Any final offer, closing date, allocation of costs, contingencies, and other transaction terms are governed by a separately executed purchase agreement.
Submitting information does not guarantee an offer, approval, a purchase, or a particular closing time. Nothing on this website creates an agency, brokerage, legal, tax, or financial advisory relationship. Obtain appropriate professional advice for your circumstances.
3. Calls, assistants, and privacy
Company communications may involve AI-powered voice assistants, with a Company representative available for follow-up. Calls may be recorded or transcribed where permitted and subject to any legally required notice or consent. Browsing this site, accepting these Terms, or submitting a general inquiry does not by itself provide consent to marketing text messages or artificial-voice marketing calls. Any required communication consent must be obtained separately.

4. SMS messaging programs
4.1 Optional homeowner marketing messages
Program and purpose. Real Estate Marketplace LLC may send promotional text messages about real-estate offers, promotions, event announcements, and service updates to people who expressly opt in. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Opt-in. Enroll by voluntarily providing your mobile number in the chat widget on buysellhouse.com and selecting its separate, optional marketing-consent checkbox. The checkbox is not pre-selected. You may submit a general inquiry without enrolling in marketing texts. Marketing consent is not bundled with informational or transactional consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase, selling your property, or obtaining services. Consent must be recorded before marketing messages are sent.
Frequency and costs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile carrier plan.
Unsubscribe. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out, but no further program marketing messages unless you separately opt in again. You can also request removal by contacting the Company. Providing a telephone number, browsing this website, or accepting these Terms does not by itself enroll you.

Delivery and privacy. Delivery is not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Limited processing by providers delivering or administering our messages is described in our Privacy Policy. GoHighLevel/LeadConnector maintains the widget and consent flow on our behalf.
4.2 Separate staff call-transfer notifications, if enabled
Purpose and recipients. This optional SMS program is for authorized Company representatives who separately choose to enroll. When enabled, it sends an operational notification when a seller’s call begins transferring to an enrolled representative. Notifications may include the seller’s name, callback telephone number, property address, and a link to the customer record. This program does not send marketing messages to homeowners or text every person called.
Enrollment. Before activation, each intended recipient must provide separate affirmative consent to receive these staff notifications at the number they supply, after being informed of the sender, purpose, frequency, possible charges, and opt-out method. Consent records must be retained. Publishing these Terms, providing a phone number, or submitting a property form does not enroll a recipient. Consent is not a condition of purchase or obtaining services.
Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies with the number of calls transferred to the enrolled representative. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile carrier plan.
Opt out. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message, but no further program messages unless you provide new consent to re-enroll. You can also request removal by contacting the Company.

Privacy and authorized use. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Limited processing by providers delivering or administering our messages is described in the Privacy Policy. Staff must use seller information only for authorized Company business and must not forward customer-record links or personal information to unauthorized recipients.
Staff enrollment does not provide homeowner marketing consent, and homeowner marketing consent does not enroll someone in staff notifications. Each program requires its own appropriate consent, disclosures, and registration before activation.
4.3 Requested contact-card text messages
Purpose and consent. When you ask for our company contact details by SMS, REAL ESTATE MARKETPLACE LLC (BUY SELL HOUSE / Real Estate Marketplace) will ask separately for permission to send one informational contact card. The card contains Mike’s name and AI-assistant role, our company name, office callback number and website. Providing a telephone number or asking a general property question does not enroll you. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or services. We retain consent records before sending. This program is separate from homeowner marketing and staff notifications and does not enroll you in either.
Frequency and costs. One contact-card message per confirmed request. A separate request requires fresh permission. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out and help. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may receive one opt-out confirmation. A new verbal request does not override STOP. No further program messages will be sent unless you later provide fresh express written consent and re-enroll through the messaging provider’s supported process. 5. Acceptable use and website content
Do not submit malicious code, false inquiries, or another person’s information without appropriate authority; interfere with the website; attempt unauthorized access; impersonate the Company or another person; or use the site for unlawful purposes. You may view and use the website for your own lawful property inquiry. Website materials and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners; these Terms do not grant a right to republish them or misrepresent affiliation.
6. Third-party services and availability
The website may link to or depend on third-party services. Those providers have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability, property-data accuracy, or independent practices. We may update or suspend website features for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and informational content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or error-free information. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, or changes obligations in a separately signed transaction agreement.
7. Changes and applicable law
We will post revised Terms with an updated effective date. Changes apply prospectively; any new communication consent required for a new program or materially different message purpose must be obtained separately. These Terms are subject to applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
